  • factors affecting a child’s capacity to learn
  • working with families from diverse communities
  • holistic family support
  • safeguarding processes and referral routes for safeguarding children

We are committed to maximising staff wellbeing and creating an inclusive, safe environment where everyone feels comfortable bringing their authentic selves to work.

  • Regular supervision and reflective practice to support your wellbeing and professional development
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children, young people and families
  • A supportive and collaborative team environment where your experience and ideas are valued
  • Opportunities to build strong relationships with schools and communities through varied and rewarding work

Please demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria of the person specification in your supporting statement.
